  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • Add 1 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup plant-based milk

Directions:

  • Divide the coconut yogurt into 2 jars or glasses.
    Add the frozen fruit and milk to a blender and blend until smooth.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mango chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cups pineapple chunks, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup full fat coconut milk, almond milk, or water
  • 1/3 cup ice

Directions:

Add all your ingredients to blender and blend for a few seconds until it’s thick and creamy. If necessary, add in more coconut milk or some water to thin the smoothie

Vegan Mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberry (chopped)
  • ¾ cup mango (pitted and chopped)
  • ½ banana (chopped)
  • 4 ounces almond milk

Directions:

  1. Pit the mango and chop up all of the fruit.
  2. Add the fruit to the blender followed by the almond milk
  3. Blend all of the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
